In Good-Joint, there is a rigid quality control procedure. We pay attention on quality inspection details of every product, and make sure the product meets the quality standard.

IQC
Material Inspection

We inspect raw materials according to our protocols in order to ensure material’s quality. All failed items are rejected.

IPQC
Production Procedure Inspection

We conduct first inspections, in-process inspections and final inspections in every process to ensure timely quality problems. Once any quality issue is discovered, we will immediately stop the production line and take action until the problem is solved to limit any non-conforming products are produced.

FQC
Inspection of Finished Products

We will conduct 100% inspection of all finished products in order to confirm product quality.

OQC
Shipment Inspection

Before the shipment, we conduct another inspection again according to the standard of the order agreement. Only qualified products are allowed for shipment. Otherwise the defective products are sent back for repair. All these endeavors aim to achieve 100% satisfaction, 0% customer complaint.

Quality Certificate

In order to implement quality management, and to offer customers with the best experience, Good-Joint passed the ISO 9001:2015 in 2017after obtaining the ISO 9001 international certification in 2001.
